課程簡介 Course Description | 萌芽於古希臘人對男子發達的胸部和粗壯的大腿、脖子的美感追求。隨著工業革命的爆發🛌🏻👩🏿✈️,現代健美運動於1880-1930年在歐洲得到了發展並方興未艾。隨著我國從農業社會向工業化🦸🏻♂️、信息化社會的快速跨越式發展,這一運動項目現也已成為眾多白領在工作之余通過徒手和器械的專門動作和方法來刻苦練習,進行自我雕刻——在身體形態上塑形🏌🏻、減脂和增肌、增長體力,在品行上努力要求自己達到懂節製🚌、自律和自控的一種修行方式👨🏽🏭。 通過講授、練習📋、討論💅🏽、實習等教學方式,努力讓學生掌握必要的健美專業術語和技術、技能,培養他們製定科學鍛煉身體方案的能力,力求在此基礎上養成科學的健康觀和健康生活方式;擁有遵紀守規、樂觀、堅忍不拔🤠、自律、友善互助的意誌品質和價值觀,努力追求“健、力、美”和諧發展的人生目標🤶🏿。 | ||||
Bodybuilding stems from ancient Greeks who pursue the strong of men's muscular chest, thighs, and neck. With the outbreak of industrial revolution, the sport of modern bodybuilding has been developed in Europe in 1880-1930 and is still growing rapidly. With the rapid development of China transformed from the agricultural society to the industrialized and information society, this sport has also become a way for a lot of white-collar workers to self-shape who not only shape, reduce fat, build muscles, and increase physical strength on physical form, but also require themselves to master the way of temperance, self-discipline and self-control on character by freehand and instrumental specialized acts and methods to practice hard. On the basis of teaching, training, discussion and internship, this course intends to help students to master the necessary terms, techniques and skills of bodybuilding, cultivate their ability to design a scientific physical exercise plans, and strive to develop a scientific concept of health and healthy life style. Besides, students can form the quality and values of disciplined compliance, optimism, perseverance, self-discipline, amicability and mutual assistance, striving to pursue harmonious development of life goals: “health, strength, and beauty”. |
